 Technical Knowledge – DMS is a full service architecture firm with an emphasis on design excellence and customer service. Green Design – DMS believes that sustainable design is our future. We support and encourage client interest in this vein with a deep technical base and an approach which recognizes that the path to sustainability is personal & evolving. 3-D Modeling – Utilizing SketchUp, Revit and other 3-D modeling programs many of our buildings are being analyzed in 3-D during the design phase. These 3-D models can be worked on in collaboration with energy modelers which makes it possible to create buildings that are environmentally sound in the design phase, reducing changes later in the process.
